Cars Themed Birthday Party Printables Kit

Aanya's Pre-Birthday Celebration - Bday Freebies!

Yay! Its almost birthday time...

Have been awaiting this month & day with great excitement, as usual. And although we're not at home, I thought having a little online celebration would help me get rid of the guilt of not being able to throw a birthday party!

Aanya's Birthday Preparations...Decor done!

Am finally done with the Decor part of my daughter's birthday in December. Feels good! 

As I told you earlier, I've decided on the Woodland theme this year! Why? Well, its got animals, has a certain charm to it...and gives a wide of range to get creative with stuff for the party.

Time is Flying!!!

Seems like yesterday, when I had a teeny weeny little bundle in my arms... Those first little 'Firsts' - smile, tooth, gurgles, words, steps, jump, bite... everything has been so very special. Now, as I prepare to create her 4th birthday decor items, feels like time is flying away too soon... I want to capture every second of her life, every expression, every word she utters - because when she'll be a big girl, I'd want to go back and peep again, into her tiny world. 

Even though every second cannot be captured, the special moments need to be made extra special. I just wish to give her a fairy tale life,  full of wonderful dreams & beautiful moments! Because she is the most amazing thing in my life!

Its been hectic, with festivities & birthdays all in a row, one after another. Top that up with the school activities that need some creative attention! Working on Aanya's birthday celebrations. Finalized the theme, decor items & her dress. Lots to work on... but here's a precursor ...

The Paper Bunting Love!

I have begun to enjoy making themed paper buntings... It all started with my daughter's birthday and continues to be created on various themes! Yes, there are numerous themes that I've already scribbled in my diary - to be made one after another!

Great thing about themed birthday/nursery buntings is that they look lovely as a themed birthday party decoration and can be used as a nursery decor item too. 

I've used my daughter's birthday party bunting (Fairy themed) for her room decor. And now, am really happy to tell you about the Little Red Riding Hood bunting I made a few weeks back. Here's a sweet little pic that says it all...

Thank you dear Ivy, your little note and that smile has just made me so so very happy! 

I cannot end this post without mentioning the immensely talented Wynona from Red Carousel who creates the most gorgeous birthdays on this planet! She just created a Red Riding Hood themed birthday party for Ivy, her lovely little daughter :)

I guess I have already decided to celebrate my next birthday in Singapore with the magical Red Carousel!

Themed Birthday Party Decors

I love themes, probably for everything. If I could, I'd theme every single day of the week!!!... Okay, my theme mania is not that obnoxious either! :) ... I theme-up events, most of the times & never clothes!

Just that I really love throwing a themed birthday party for my daughter Aanya. Last year (Dec 2012) it was Fairy themed. I lovingly created two Fairy buntings & a Fairy cake topper bunting. Its now listed on my Etsy Shop! (Too bad that her first two birthdays were themeless!!! Can't imagine how I let that happen...But such are the first two years of Mommy-hood!)

This year I created a Cupboard Storyboard for Aanya based on the lovely story of Red Riding Hood. And then I went about creating a bunting as well, on the same story. So I now already have another theme ready. If she wants it this year, well n good. If not, well, I can use it in the coming years! Meanwhile the Red Riding Hood bunting is listed on my Etsy Shop! If you're planning a themed birthday party & it is Red Riding Hood, well, your decor is already sorted! :)

Many more themed birthday buntings in the making. Do let me know if you'd like me to make a bunting as per your theme. And yes, the Cake topper bunting can certainly be added along!

The best thing about my buntings is that they can be fabulously used as Nursery decor or as Kids room decor!
